Top dressing is a process of spreading material on top of an existing lawn to help feed and level it for the most even, attractive results possible. We use a 5.2.2.1 mixture of sand, compost, soil and peat moss that is screened to 2 millimeters to prevent any weeds, rocks or sticks getting into the mixture. This mix is used on golf courses to help fertilize and level the greens.
